William T Parsons, MD

I've been a patient of Dr. William T. Parsons (Dermatology Associates of San Antonio) since January of 2010 when I decided to look into cosmetic procedures for my 55+ aging face. I was self-conscious and more than a little nervous the day I walked into Dr. Parson's office. I shouldn't have worried because Dr. Parsons immediately put me at ease! He listened and took the time to understand my treatment goals. He is compassionate, dedicated and it is obvious that he loves what he does. Dr. Parsons is excellent with the placement of facial fillers and botox. He does his own injections and is very gentle. In addition, his staff (Veronica, Amanda and Susan) are all just as committed and talented. I feel fortunate to have found Dr. Parsons! I would strongly encourage anyone considering facial rejuvenation to give him a call.

Dr. Bill Parsons treated my husband for probably 15 years for skin cancer. He was the most caring doctor and the most professional we have ever seen. He always wanted to know how we both were doing.
