The entire patient experience matters. Scheduling is a nightmare, and Dr King claims to have no control over his schedule, since a "company does it". If he asks for a six month followup, the expectation is that the patient wait four months before calling in to schedule. Why is the burden on the patient? Receptionist is rude, and intake staff treat you like a child. Won't be coming back.

Dr. King is an excellent doctor. He is very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything. He was punctual and saw me right on time. I would highly recommend him to all my family and friends.
