I had an emergency eye problem while visiting NYC. Walked into the office. He saw me promptly and he personally spent at least an hour with me. He was extremely courteous and pleasant. If I lived anywhere in the vicinity I would use his services exclusively.

This doctor took 15 years to pass his licence exam. His English is extremely poor, he is very arrogant and not capable of performing surgery without a senior physcian present. Do not go to him.
