Summary
Dr. Cai received his MS and M.D. degrees from Hunan Medical University in China, as well as a Ph.D. in Tumor Immunology. After completing a Post-Doctorate Fellowship in the Department of Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry at Yale University, he joined the faculty of Yale Medical School as an Associate Research Scientist. Dr. Cai was a Resident in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at the University of Chicago Hospital prior to his Fellowship in G.I./Liver Pathology at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital. He joined Providence in 2001.
