They are incredibly rude here. Susan has no interpersonal skills at all and could be misunderstood as someone with no sense of ANYTHING. The Dr. seems too busy to respond to ANYTHING especially the best interest of his patient. I could not believe how incredibly rude and insensitive a doctors office could be towards an injured persons well being and health. Seems this is not their top priority which I would think anyone looking for this type of doctor would want.
