You told us to call you on a particular date - a week later than was optimal because you were on vacation. We called at the appointed time, you were not in the office. We called several times, and not only were you not available the results of the test you requested, that was done, could not be found until we had called 5 times! Finally, we asked for the doctor "on call" - he did call back and told us that he should not be talking with us and that we would have to wait for you and that you would not be in for yet another week! We had told you we needed help because we had planned a vacation and were waiting for some finality of diagnosis or improvement in breathing - Your response: "you are not dying so we have time". Guess that meant to you that we could continue to get more short of breath - ill - before you felt we should get attention. Forget that we had planned for more than a year to travel and could not take oxygen on this trip and that is specifically why we came to you in the first place. We have wasted our time with you. You have done nothing for us except take our money & scuttle our long awaited vacation. We have no clue why there is a breathing problem ...
