Dr. Yosef Krespi, MD

Dr. Yosef Krespi treated me with a lack of empathy and care. I would strongly advise against seeing this greedy doctor. I came to him about persistent sinus issues. I had an early morning appointment, and I was carrying a homemade iced matcha tea. He and his nurse made fun of my drink and cited that maybe that "drink was what was causing my issues". It was an absurd claim, full of judgement and malice. I had three visits with the doctor. Every visit was a money grab. Dr. Krespi had no actual interest in helping me or informing me as a patient. Between my second and third visits the doctor advised I get a CT scan. I got my CT scan and then came back for a follow-up per Krespi's recommendation. At the follow up visit, the doctor came in for 2 minutes and told me that I would need a laser treatment in my sinuses. I told him "okay, let's do it!". He then laughed and said of course we couldn't do it today and that I would have to come back. Confused, I asked the doctor then what was the… purpose of this follow-up. It was clear he got frazzled and defensive. Because, in reality, there was no purpose for this third visit other than to collect my money and waste my time. The doctor could have communicated the recommended laser treatment via phone or in my portal. There was no need for a visit. He will be short and cold when he meets with you in person. And then lie in your patient portal pretending that all sorts of medical jargon was communicated for his "records". Save yourself the trouble and pain, and GO ELSEWHERE!! Do not trust Dr. Krespi.

he is a liar and false. he don’t give patients the right diagnostic, he may make you to go through a surgery that you may don’t need it just to get the money for that surgery., stay away from dr. yosef krispy.

This is my first time writing a review. I dont usually care enough to but in this instance I felt compelled. First, this office is a factory focused on production. Your allowed little time with Dr Krespi so your doctor is really the Nurse Practitioner. Second, be sure you reach out to them to make sure you get your prescription before surgery because they will not. Third and most importantly, after tonsillectomy they forgot to give me something to keep the swelling down. So a few hours after surgery my throat was swelling shut I could barley breath. I went to the ER and they gave me a steroid to drop the swelling but it was very scary. In short, dont do it.

Dr Krespi is difficult to talk to. He is the type of person that basically only gives the patient very minimal information. It was like pulling teeth getting information from him. He was essentially making decisions on his own regarding what is best for the patient. The charges for his services were also inordinately high (especially considering he does not really talk to you about the treatment options).

I am so disappointed. Had surgery, two separate procedures , a whole lot of money spent and I'm still with the same problem ! Bad breathe

Dr. Krespi, in my opinion based on my experience with his treatment, is an excellent specialist and true professional.

Worst doctor i have ever been too and the staff is rude and bills incorrectly and then will not acknowledge responsibility.

I had some issues with a cough, usually in the evenings that was causing me to lose sleep. Within 15 minutes Dr. Krespi had performed expensive procedures that he overcharged for or weren't covered by my insurance. Of course, the front desk said they accepted my insurance. They didn't mention that they were out of network - so that I'd only receive partial coverage. Now I have a massive bill. One procedure that he performed took less than thirty seconds. The charge on my bill? $400.

Dr . Krespi is a wonderful doctor, great personality, master of the treatment. I had a great medical experience.

I was referred by another ENT. He is out of network but his Admin said they would accept insurance because referred. I've been fighting now for 3 months because they took insurance BUT are charging me their total balance which is $2,500 over what should be charged if took plan. They will not budge. SOOO if someone says they will accept insurance GET IT IN WRITING. Did not solve my problem, and another ENT accepted insurance and complied with it. Arrogance beyond control.
