Worst customer service experience I’ve had at a doctor’s office. I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Moya, and the front desk staff member, Natalia, was unbelievably difficult to deal with. I asked to book with Dr. Moya specifically. She told me he wasn’t available for a month, so I said that was fine — I was happy to wait. She then pushed me to see a different doctor instead. I declined again and said I’d rather wait for Dr. Moya. Suddenly the story changed and she said it was actually a two-month wait, not one. It felt like she was just making up excuses to steer me away from the doctor I actually wanted to see, instead of simply booking the appointment I asked for. This kind of dishonest, pushy front-desk experience makes me not trust this office. I won’t be going back, and I’d think twice before booking here.

The Office Manager, Dalila Diaz, promised that their office would absorb an invoice from Quest Diagnostics that I received for $285.00 due to the fact that they have a lab in the facility and did not advise me of the additional cost I would incur for using an outside lab. My insurance company called and spoke to Delilah with me on the line and they have it recorded that she said she would cover the bill. I have a voicemail and an email from Delilah from October and November 2022 telling me that she was working on covering the bill. On Friday, January 27th 2023, I received a late invoice from Quest Diagnostics so I drove to Hallandale Medical Clinic and met with Delilah. She assured me that the balance should be zero but that she was going to call and verify. The same afternoon Delilah called and told me that after calling Quest and my insurance company, she decided that the bill was no longer her responsibility because it was part of my deductible. Delilah was aware of this from the… beginning from being on a three-way phone call with my insurance company in October. Delilah has left me in a very unfavourable situation financially, mentally and emotionally and for that reason, I will not be returning to Hallandale Medical Clinic or recommending it.

excellent attention. superb staff. wonderful bedside manner. beautiful facility. cant believe this place exists and i just found out about it. i had to go online and write a review because i've never felt so good at a doctors office.

spot on with my diagnosis. saw him 3 times and he wouldn't give up on my symptoms. sent me to the right specialist, and now i am under both of their cares. thank goodness there are people like him who care.

Yes, he has a great bedside manner. However, a smile is not a substitue for intelligence.

I have taken my elderly mother to him a few times and every time we walk out with a nice feeling that we have had our time with a sweet compassionate physician. He listens, and recommends treatment appropriately and is very caring. The office is beautiful and the staff is accommodating. I would definitely recommend this office and physician.

saw dr. moya several times and have to say his front desk, medical assistant, checkout and referral person were extremely helpful. the office is beautiful and the people who work there are always smiling. i dont think he should get all the credit either, because I have also seen a physician assistant whos name i think is Oana. she is also amazing and caring. they seem to work like a team. i have my own business and know its not easy to manage people. they seem to be doing something right. no place is perfect, but these people are the closest ive ever seen to it. i also see them at the hallandale beach location, wasn't aware of the one above.
