Dr Verma is a terrible!! During a pandemic I waited 2hours for him to tell me to go home and get my xray report..He refused to acknowledge my MRI report, treat or diagnose my back pain. Dr Verma is more concerned with exploiting your health insurance instead of your well being

Words cannot describe how extremely grateful I am to Dr Verma. For many years I was suffering from a severe back pain that no other doctor could figure out. At one point, I felt helpless and figured I will have to live with this pain for the rest of my life. After years of receiving inadequate treatment, I decided to get a second opinion at Northwell. Dr Verma was a God sent. He explained to me he will not waste my time, he will figure out how to help me. He did. He found my back pain/ problem and fought hard with both workers comp and the insurance company to get me help. I ve had great doctors before but Dr Verma is a special type of greatness. He truly has compassion and cares for his patients. He fought hard for me to get better and thanks to him I am on the rode to recovery after surgery. My only issue with him is that he took away my built in radar, my ability to tell when bad weather is coming but that s okay because he gave me back something that I lost years ago, hope. I now… have hope that I will have a better quality of life and I owe that to Dr Verma. I thank God everyday for putting Dr Verma in my path to healing.

I have complete faith in Dr. Verma and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a spine surgeon.

Incredible ????....Dr. Verma answered all my concerns about my c5 surgery and I was blessed ???? with the results. Within a week I was able to stop taking pain medication and in moth I was able to do full neck movement. The cherry on top was the scar is seamless to my neck line ????.

Absolutely Great! Excellent Knowledge of my case, brief and to the point when disscusing further treatment for my case. I felt he listen to me and showed respect for my age, and understood my need to stay active. Everyone that we had contact with was friendly, courteous and never rushed us. Your smiling face was a plus and non hurried pace!

So I went to see Dr. Verma for my back , but I wasn’t feeling well , he saw that and said I need to go get checked out , I went to the hospital and was diagnosed with corona , he saved me , I’m so grateful.

I just had my appointment with Dr. Verma , and he has given me hope . I’ve been struggling for years . And now I have an answer . I look forward to giving him 5 stars after my surgery with him .

I had an amazing experience with Doctor Verma, I had surgery with another doctor , and he was able to figure out why it didn’t work and then got me to the right doctors and created a team to help me . I was very nervous but he was able to communicate what the problem was , screw was loose , figure out a way to tighten everything and now I am doing great . His kindness is as great as his surgical skill.

Dr Verma has no sensitivity training. I was upset at my appointment and instead of being nice or gentle about how I was feeling, he reprimanded me. I guess I wasn't good enough for him to care about. I walked out. He treated me like I was stupid and was not helpful at all. Nor did he care to explain anything to me. He didn't do my surgery and I have an issue with it. He treated me like he wanted no part of helping me and didn't care that I am living my life in pain and need a doctor to help me. He obviously doesn't want to be the one to help me. Nasty man. I would say worse but I prefer not to swear. He's no good. He had me waiting in the exam room for 1 hour and when he finally came in he hadn't even seen the MRI results. He looked at them for 10 seconds and was ready to move on. He told me the MRI looked "good" meanwhile I had read the reports in the patient portal and they said several things that he neglected to mention. Not to mention the nurse couldn't access the MRI (at… first) and asked me if I brought the disc. I wasn't asked to bring the disc and I just felt like I was not about to get the best care. When Dr Verma finally arrived, I was correct. He could not care less about me. When I told him I got better insurance he said "Oh you can go wherever you want" Meaning he could get rid of me. Nice going. I really can't say anything nice about my experience or him
