Dr Ronald Hillock

Is he quick? Yes. Is he nice? Sure. But my cyst behind my knee is gone and the incision is healing well with no signs of infection or issue. I am so glad I got it done and Dr. Hillock did the removal! Thank you!

Dr. Hillock was very nice and explained why I was having all my symptoms and what my options are. I had an early appointment and only waited a few minutes in both the waiting room and inside the patient room. He has a great bedside manner and I was pleased with the visit. He referred my for pain management and we will go from there. I have experience running an Orthopedic office of 15 doctors back east hold Orthopods to very high standards and Dr. Hillock met expectations. This was my first visit hopefully follow ups go as smoothly.

I was supposed to see Dr. Hillock an no one told me that I was seeing his PA. Just disappointed that for my first initial visit, I had some concerns and questions I wanted to discuss with the actual doctor but sadly I was never seen by him. His PA was kind so I wasn’t too upset about the visit. But asking to review a doctor when they never even saw or talked to you is not right. I would definitely give a review of his PA and the person who performed steroid injection but not the doctor.

Waited for over an hour. He spent about 3 minutes with me. I had to pull info out of him about my knee pain and path forward. He basically told me there was nothing he could do for me. After he insulted my knee sleeve, which helps with the pain when I walk, he said he would set me up with a proper brace. Well, the next 2 people that came in knew nothing about this. When I asked what I needed to do to get this brace, I was told they would call me. I still haven't reveived a call. Awful all around, but particularly the pompous doctor.

Waited an hr and half in the doctor rm b4 he came in in a storm.he did nt remember seeing my mother in may and ordered the biopsy then said if i saw these images b4….. i told him he did! He kept stating due to “ mother’s age…. 73 and location he wouldn’t do surgery. Then rambled of radiation needed… and then tried to run out of the room !!! I/we had questions!!! When asked if I would get a copy of his notes so I could do as he rambled off was the next step he sanded not until this afternoon! And exited stage right! He was totally unprofessional, disorganized as his staff has been the this whole ordeal ( since may) the hospital he uses are also totally I’m competent!!! Losing images nt reading results for 3 wks! I’m so happy we eill nt be using this arrogant, uncaring and rude dr!

I was not kept waiting and when he came in, he was polite, I was impressed how quickly he diagnosed me, which made me very happy and put my mind to rest it. I was in and out of there very quickly, which is unusual

Dr. Hillock , was a joy and to be in his presents the moment he came into the room he was very welcoming, with a big warm smile that relaxed me because, I was unsure what was to come. I told him where I was hurting, Dr. Hillock corrected me what the area I thought was. He explained what I need and arranged for it , right then. I received the corrected Xray Dr. Hillock , seem truly happy to Have helped, I felt happy to have had such a good experience. Feeling.the pain in was in. He has a wonderful. Bedside manner .

He was very pleasant, explained the xrays, asked questions that brought out more details and listened to my explanations. I was pleased with my visit.

Very helpful took time to talk with me on 2 issues . Great doctor .
