    Attempted to see a provider at the McDowell Rd clinic. On the paperwork there is a clause in which you agree to allow them to charge your credit card up to $200 if they do not receive payment from the insurance company in a timely manner. When questioned the receptionist about this, she insisted I had to pay the full retail amount since I had not met my out of pocket expense for the year which was wrong. I had met my deductible and was only responsible for my co-insurance portion. This was verified by a call to Blue Cross. Went back in to discuss this and the receptionist still demonstrated the same level of ignorance telling me they need a letter to verify this from Blue Cross. She was too lazy to call their customer service. I think this is their business model to cheat people out of money. While initially filling out paperwork, a previous customer came in and complained about being charged $200 on his credit card as he thought his visit constituted as an "office visit". So I left and went to a nearby Next Care clinic which had no such clause to bill my credit card and they understood my insurance plan.
