I had some serious sciatica pain and was referred to the Novelli Wellness Center by my PCP's daughter, who is a massage therapist. Novelli Wellness Cneter has a main office in Orchard Park, but I am closer to the Williamsville location, which is on my way home from work. My pain had gotten much better, but I wanted to know what I could do to prevent it from returning, so I called and made an appointment. I had 2 treatment sections with Dr. Lindsay Engl and I felt things were headed in the right direction when she up and quits without notice to Dr. Novelli or me. I was floored because I need those treatments. Hello? Hippocratic oath, remeber. Patients, compassion! I got a text message on a Sunday at 7 pm giving me the bad news and asking me to set up an appointment with Dr. Novelli in Orchard Park. No offense to Dr. Novelli. I am sure he's a great chiropractor, but that's just too far for me to go for a 20 minute doctor appintment. Luckily I found someone close to my home. … I later found out that Dr. Engl spent 2 years with Peak Performance Wellness Center before joining Novelli Wellness Center for 2 years. That sounded real flighty to me when I found that out.
