More about Dr. John F Stoetzel, DC, DACNB

Dr. John F. Stoetzel is a 1994 Doctor of Chiropractic graduate with Honors from the finest Chiropractic Institution in the world, Palmer College of Chiropractic. Palmer College in Davenport, IA is where the Chiropractic Profession was founded and developed. Dr. Stoetzel also received his Bachelor's of Art's Degree in Communications from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY. From Undergraduate College, he was hired immediately after graduation by (ADP) Automatic Data Processing, which is a Fortune 500 Company.

After a terrific personal experience going to see a Chiropractor, Dr. Stoetzel was focused on becoming a Doctor of Chiropractic himself. He was amazed at the results he benefited from by receiving Chiropractic Care. How the body can heal itself without drugs or surgery was a real eye opener for Dr. Stoetzel. He liked the fact that Chiropractic treated the cause of the patient's symptoms. Further, that Chiropractic enabled people to get back to what they love to do the most, like playing with their kids and Grandchildren, doing sports activities at a higher level of performance and enjoying time with their friends and families pain free! Also, allowing people involved in car accidents, falls, lifting injuries and work related injuries to be pain free and achieve a healthy, pre-injury status.  He takes pride in seeing his patient's feel like they did (or better) than before the injury. Further, getting his patient's back to work and enjoying life to it's fullest, became Dr. Stoetzel's passion! For approximately 15 years, Dr. Stoetzel was the only Chiropractor on the City of Winston-Salem's preferred care provider list, treating their injured workers in their Worker's Compensation. After 26 years in practice seeing well over 100,000 patient visit's, Dr. Stoetzel still gets excited to see his patient's achieve results naturally! In Dr. Stoetzel's quest to give his patients the best possible health care, he continued his studies through the Carrick Institute, and is now a Board Certified Chiropractic Neurologist, and the only one in the Piedmont Triad. He is now eligible for board certification in the American College of Functional Neurology for Vestibular Rehabilitation.  His further education in Vestibular Disorders allows him to treat vertigo, dizziness, postural instability, visual disturbances, and other neurological disorders. He is also certified to treat neuropathy with the latest laser technology. He is a current member of the North Carolina Chiropractic Association,  the American Chiropractic Association, and is a member the ACA's American Council on Neurology.
