Dr. Trevor Eason is a clinician with a multidisciplinary background in family medicine, neurology, physical medicine, and functional medicine. His approach combines evidence-based conventional care with advanced diagnostic and therapeutic strategies to provide individualized, comprehensive care.

Educational Background

Dr. Eason is both a chiropractic physician and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner in the State of Tennessee, bringing a unique dual perspective to patient care. He holds Diplomate status in chiropractic neurology (DACNB) and has completed extensive postgraduate education in clinical neuroscience, functional medicine, functional endocrinology, musculoskeletal ultrasound, and advanced diagnostic and therapeutic applications. He has also completed the Institute for Functional Medicine Core Curriculum and achieved board-eligible status for IFM certification.
