Received a couple of treatments from Rose Lin.With my first appointment I explained I had minor pain... she seemed to be very condescending and careless.Well my pain level is almost unbearable I am heading to the emergency room as I am typing this...I should have left when I had the chance the first time I met her.VERY VERY VERY rude and unprofessional....I do not understand the point of being rude to patients, it is so stressful to those who hate going to the dental office in the first place. What happen to being kind ????????????? Very disappointing and upsetting.

SHE HURT MY MOUTH AND WAS EXTREMELY RUDE!!! WAY TOO ROUGH AND I DONT APPRECIATE HER BEING SO PUSHY, SHE WANTS MONEY SHE DOESNT WANT TO HELP PATIENTS IN NEED!

I have never experienced a dental appointment that was absolutely terrible until now. Poor attitude, very rough with her hands and does not listen to concerns whosoever. She cut me off when I started to ask her questions as if questions were not allowed. The appointment was rushed, she seemed to be distracted and dealing with another issue with another UNHAPPY patient that her negative energy was taken out on my teeth and gums. Her evaluation of my teeth was not explained in detail, when I tried to ask a question she stated “let me finish” and my teeth still feel dirty after my cleaning. Pricing is unreasonable and do not match her skills or customer service. If you do not like your job, please don’t treat patients like it is their fault. This place is dirty, front desk is a nightmare and everyone is on their electronic devices including ROSE LIN! Extremely disappointed and will never return. SHAME ON YOU FOR OPERATING IN SUCH A UNPROFESSIONAL MANNER!
