Dr. Christopher Nguyen Thang, DDS

Due to the mistake of Dr. Thang's employee, Unique, he wanted to perform a frenectomy that my son's orthodontist never asked for. He also said that my son had a molar that hadn't come out yet and was still covered with gum, and he could cut it out for another $500 because it wouldn't come out on its own. I knew right away there had to be a mistake because my son's orthodontist was very thorough, and he would have discussed a need for a frenectomy with me. I voiced my concern with Dr. Thang but was ignored and rushed out to their finance person. I called my son's dentist to confirm that yes, all his teeth were out and NOT covered by gum. I called my son's orthodontist to confirm that there was NOT a referral sent for frenectomy. How scary that a surgeon would rather perform 2 unnecessary surgeries then to listen to their patient and verify records!
