This is the worst doctor you could ever go to. The office of this doctor was unclean and smelling of shoe odor when I went. The reason I am giving a bad review is because : 1. When I told the doctor my problem, he said "I don't know exactly what's the cause, may be talk out wisdom tooth". I hate when a doctor with years of experience gives me a I-don't-know reply. You have studied dentistry, you ought to know and if you don't know, suggest me a different doctor or let me go. 2. He did a very superficial cleaning of my teeth, the cleaning was done in less that 120 seconds. 3. The room in which the cleaning was done was filthy (trash coming out of trash bins) 4. Before taking the x-rays, the doctor's office did not tell me what kind of x rays they are taking. I ended up paying most of the cost of x-rays myself. I wouldn't have mind this had I received a good treatment. 5. When you call the doctor's office, nobody talks to you. The attendants or customer service representatives… simply say "we are busy, cannot locate your record , we will call you later". And they never call. I wanted to discuss my billing inquiries and I kept calling them 3-4 times in 2 days. 6. To my surprise, this office has no computer or IT systems to maintain patient's records. Everything is done on papyrus.
