After obtaining her Bachelor of Science at the University of Oregon, Dr. Fischl attended dental school at Oregon Health and Sciences University where she graduated in 2003 at the top of her class. Upon graduation, she was awarded both Academic and Clinical High Honors and received the Academy of General Dentistry Student Award.
Since entering the dental profession, Dr. Fischl has completed extensive continuing education in all aspects of general, cosmetic, and implant dentistry. She maintains active membership in the Academy of General Dentistry, Oregon Dental Association, American Dental Association, and Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Soceity.
An avid traveler, Dr. Fischl has visited many countries around the world. She has developed an especially deep connection with the people, culture, and mountains of Nepal. After her initial visit to this beautiful country, Dr. Fischl was fortunate enough to return and provide much needed dental care to people …there. She looks forward to returning again with her family. Dr. Fischl lives in southeast Portland with her husband, John, two young daughters, and her trusty dog Sitka. A lifelong outdoor enthusiast, she enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and daily walks to Mt. Tabor Park with her family.
