Rarely do I leave reviews but felt Dr. Elmallah surpassed all my expectations of what a dentist can be like. He was incredibly kind to me and really made me feel comfortable during a routine filling. I experienced no discomfort and left the dentist happy for the first time in my life. Great work doc!

Dr El has it all. He is kind, caring, compassionate and experienced. He has light hands and his work is as close to painless as dentistry gets. He is very thorough from start to finish. I have been his patient for a year now and I highly recommend this dentist.

I took my son to see Dr mallah and he was so caring and gentle with him! My son loved him. The office on the other hand is a company I believe and tried to get more work don't on him, Dr said it was not necessary at that point. He asked to see him in 6 months.

I had all my teeth pulled out by Dr. Ahmed Ell Mullah I inherited bad teeth. I finally was fed up with spending thousands of dollars on my teeth and had them all pulled out by Dr. El Mullah. The trauma that he caused to my gums caused bone spurs to develop. Bone spurs develop from trauma. Bone spurs are sharp and can cut into mouth tissue causing possible infection and pain which happened in my case. The cure is to sand them down which is very simple. Dr. El Mullah sanded down a couple that developed on a Friday. Over the weekend I developed 3 more so I called the office on Monday and went in to have them sanded. Dr. El Mullah was very nice on Friday to me but on Monday when I returned he was very mean. About a week later I had developed more bone spurs and went into the office. Dr. El Mullah was angry and annoyed with me having developed more bone spurs and told me He wasn't going to sand them down and stated to go downtown to the school of dentistry. He had mumbled he wouldn't make… money on sanding them down. I was shock that he said he wasn't going to sand them because he wouldn't make enough money. I left the office and went home and looked for dental surgeons that would accept my insurance. I had no luck so I called Dr. El Mullah office and the receptionist went and asked the Doctor to take care of me and she told me he said No and to go downtown to the school of dentistry. I called every day for a few weeks and no one ever answered the phone. I called Dr. El Mullah and again he refused to take care of the 32 bone spurs that had developed. I finally found a surgeon that took care of them and I had to pay out of pocket. It was Dr. El Mullah's responsibility to take care of the bone spurs. It is part of his dental job. I would never recommend him because he doesn't finish what he starts. I thank God for the dental surgeon I found who sanded down all my bone spurs.
