Dr. Alex Michael Greenberg

One of my parents is a doctor, the other is a dentist, so I always believe in the best in physicians so this pains me to write... I'm not sure how Dr Greenberg's office has ANY positive reviews. You'll see their approach to patients when the first piece of paperwork you receive is a consent form to charge your credit card whatever they want. Don't sign it. Dr Greenberg took my deposit (which I gave him so I could get the equipment I needed to sleep), then didn't follow-up with me FOR MONTHS. I called the office, they were "holding for insurance approval". Despite my paying a deposit. I called my insurance who I had pre-approved the equipment with. Turns out Dr Greenberg's office submitted the wrong paperwork. I called his office, "well I submitted paperwork, I can just resend it". How is that helpful? After multiple "we'll call you backs" with his office staff where they somehow never called me back, and of course I didn't get my equipment or my $600 downpayment, I had to piece… together the correct documentation by reading the insurance requirements AND REACHING OUT TO PREVIOUS DOCTORS. By doing this I managed to get Dr Greenberg's office reimbursed by the insurance company. Great, so now I should get my equipment and my deposit back right? Nope, multiple calls, a visit, weeks without follow-up. I'm still fighting to get my deposit back. I finally lost it and decided to just try to talk directly to Dr Greenberg vs his completely unhelpful staff. They told me to call back after 5PM. Of course their phone system shuts down at 5PM. Such a joke. If you can avoid this office, avoid it. They value patients for as much money as they can take from them.

Dr. Greenberg and his staff were exemplary in the quality of their work, their patient-centered approach, and their overall professionalism. This is is highest level of dental care and service.

Dental appointments are my l;east favorite activity, most especially for something major such a the surgical removal of a broken crown and an implant of a post into the bone. That was the purpose of my first visit to Dr. Greenberg on the recommendation of my general practice dentist. I could not have been more satisfied with the entire experience and Dr. Greenberg. The procedure, while unavoidably uncomfortable, was virtually pain free; the staff is terrific.

excellant..Dr. Greenberg came off as very confident and experanced. Routine to say the least, he was pleasant and easy to talk to. His staff was excellent with calming my nerve isness from the sheer fear it all. One two three all done...going back to work. I will be back and i intend to tell my son about him.

Ear infection. Doctor recommended that I be seen by an ENT pronto. Jaleesa. front staff called ENT offices and strongly advocated on my behalf. It don't get any better than this. I would highly recommend this practice.
