Dr. Alyse K Pasqua

On Jan 2, 2019, I spoke with the “robotic” receptionist, requesting the earliest possible appointment as I had a great deal of pain in one of my lower left molars. She told me Jan 16, 2019 was the earliest appointment — two weeks away. I told her to book me for that date, but I would need to check my calendar when I arrived home to see if I was scheduled to work that date. Later, after checking, I called back to say I was working, and could I reschedule for the earliest possible appointment, again stating I was in much pain. The receptionist now said Jan 23rd was the earliest appointment — now three weeks away! Apparently, Dr. Pasqua, doesn’t seem to need or want the business or simply is not available should you need early attention for an emergency situation. I would therefore recommend you skip her office when searching for a new dentist on your insurance provider’s list of dentists.

Given two stars because the dental hygienist did a great job. She was knowledgeable, made me feel more at ease that she had the answer to any question about my teeth. When the doctor came in, one she looked like a mess. She looked into my mouth for a goos 15 seconds and wrote down I need 2 “small” fillings. Didn’t explain anything about my X-rays. Unpersonable, no eye contact. I go up front to make my appt and there she is. De Pasqua sitting in the corner. The receptionist made my appointment then said I need another. I was confused why I had to come twice... mind I live 40 minutes away and found this dentist because my dental insurance sucks at my job. Anyways I asked why twice and Pasqua with an attitude while busy on her phone goes two fillings to appointments. If they take no more than 15 minutes each one WHY AM I COMING BACK A WEEK LATER? Gotcha so you can make more money off it. Sorry but I will NOT be returning. I hope that sweet dental hygienist is getting paid good otherwise… she could get into a better office for sure.

Doctor Pasqua is efficient. Releives my pain, I us to come in after pain gets unbearable most likely from a fear of dentists from past mistakes. Doctor Pasqua puts me at ease. I dont know how anyone would give her less than five stars.
