Terrible doctor ruined my mouth

Dr. Bhandari performed an implant in my lower jaw (stage 1 of the process). They started right on time, and the entire process took only about 40 minutes. Whenever I noticed any 'sensations' during the drilling / insertion he gave me more novocaine. The pain level was negligible (and I'm very sensitive to tooth pain). I had great confidence that he knew what he was doing. The post-implant cone beam xray (an excellent tool for visualizing your jaw) showed the implant perfectly placed between the two adjacent teeth and aimed in the right direction. There was minor pain after the novocaine wore off, but this was handled by a few ibuprofen. I had occasional feelings of 'pressure' near the implant for another three weeks (maybe the jaw bone adapting to the implant) - erased by a single ibuprofen. Since then the implant area has been totally quiet. After 4 months the post gets screwed in.

Talk about great “bedside manner” and competence!!! I was an anxious wreck about having a tooth extraction!!! I was told I will not feel pain and would be reassured throughout the process!! Absolutely painless! and...the nurse called me a few hours later to check on me!! Wonderful experience considering what is was??

I feel really strongly like I just have to write a review about how my experience was with him today. He was very professional and knowledgeable regarding my tooth extraction. He verified all my information, asked about my history and my allergies. He was even concerned about prescribing me medication based on me being a nusing mom. He struggled with my extraction because of my situation with my tooth but still did awesome with it. I can't thank him enough for being so nice and caring the whole time. He asked a thousand times about my comfort and read nonverbal cues when I was in pain. I would definitely go back to him and will send anyone I know there as well! Thank you Dr. Bhandari!!

Dr. Bhandari was excellent. He explained everything thoroughly and had great bedside manner. He talked about what he was doing during my entire procedure and continuously asked about my pain and comfort level. I had four wisdom teeth removed and he did it quickly and with as little pain as possible. His assistant was friendly. The only negative about the visits was the desk secretary was a little rude, which is unfortunate because he is a great doc. Highly recommend.

The two older women in the office are very rude when you ask a question or ask them to repeat. Like they're in a big rush, too busy to deal with you even though there was just one other person somewhere in the place. The dentist does a constant stream of chatter which does not relate to what you're telling him. Once or twice he'll ask a question out of the blue that makes sense. Go somewhere else.
