Dr. Kur is a decent oral surgeon, but there is absolutely no back office customer support. My son had oral surgery, and I requested a copy of the bill to send to my medical insurer, which I never received. After paying Dr. Kur's fee of $615.00 in full, I am now faced with a collection claim based on some person who never treated my son -- presumably for lab work. The problem is a complete lack of transparency about fees and the only approach the office has to outstanding fees is to call collection agencies and ruin people's credit.

Management team should be replaced they way they behave is shameful

After reading some of the negative reviews, l felt purplexed. Was l in the same office? I always dreaded the thought of making an appointment to see "The Dentist" my last experience was horrific! Then one evening my daughter suggested that I see Dr. kur I had seen the beautiful work he had done on my grandson's gums, and immediately became a fan. I fell down a staircase at work, several teeth were broken and needed to be replaced. Dr. Kur immediately took action, made sure I was comfortable, explain- ed details of the surgery and the after affects, ordered my prescriptions and before leaving his office, handed me my next appointment date! The staff is extremely personable and caring. Great Job!

Unprofessional, extremely unethical, and very money hungry.

I prepaid Dr. Kur for 6 implants. He only provided 4, which I learned not from him but rather from my regular dentist. I went back to him and requested the two he owed me and he presented me with an estimate for $5k, over and above the $22,000 I already gave him, just to complete the work. When I complained about the $5k, he then sent me a bill for $13,000 to complete the work. In my opinion his man is an arrogant hot head, a crook and highly unprofessional. My recommendation is STAY AWAY.

Dr Kur is unprofessional and unethical. He is rude uncaring and money hungry. My jaw is worse now. I don't think he even did the procedure. He does not take insurance for his surgeries and he is dishonest. Charged $850 for a $125 mouth guard that did not fit. The office is inept. Little was discussed for preop and then he was able to make the rules as he wanted to. When I called to question him he said, I quote him "I held up my end of the bargain"

I had a consult last year with Dr. Kur to get my wisdom teeth removed. He was so rude, no bed side manner... Doesn't care about patients and if they're in pain or not... The patient across the hall from me was an older lady and in pain and he was extremely rude to her. I had all I could do not to say something to him when he came into see me. He didn't even look at my dentist's reports/xrays, and barely looked at my teeth.
