I am a patient of Dr. Donlon since 2004 and recently of Dr. Eberhard. Myself and my wife had fillings, crowns, bridges and implants done by these two Doctors, I must say we are 100% satisfy. Keep up good work! Fred & Irene Talan

Recommend by my dental insurance,I went to Dr. Donlon for repair on broken partial and was in pain. After consultation charged $164.00,I would told I would need 8 crowns,new partial,and a bite guard to solve my problem.=$11,115.00 I signed a dental agreement interest free for 6 months. A about a month later I went to have first 4 crowns. They asked me several times to sign a form stating I was satisfied with the procedure before they started and told them I didn't think that was right.Dr. Eberhard stopped during the procedure and said he couldn't finish until I signed the paper. I refused and said I would walk out with 4 pointed teeth and he finished my crowns. As I was leaving the office manager Audery,Gordona,and a third person said there was a mistake and my insurance wasn't accepted. The crowns were actually $1750.00 each instead of $1,110.00 They said it was there mistake and would charge me $1,110.00 and asked me to sign the form again.I knew there was something very wrong and… refused. Three days later I called the office and Gordona informed me they were going to charge me $1750.00 a crown=$7000.00.My account has a credit of $4200.00 and a balance of $7000.00.
