Bruce Cuttler, DDS Dr. Cuttler is a graduate of the Georgetown University School of Dental Medicine and has taken pride in maintaining his credentials and expanding his clinical skills as a member of the American Academy of General Dentistry. He has extensive experience in restoring dental implants and was among the first in Northern Dutchess County to coordinate implant placements and restorations.  Dr. Cuttler takes pride in his service to the local community and is active in the local Medical Reserve Corps trained as an emergency responder in disaster preparedness.  He has taken leadership roles in many community and civic organizations and is a current board member and the immediate past-Chairman of the Board of the Northern Dutchess Hospital Foundation which is integral in the vitality of the Northern Dutchess Hospital.
