Dr. Chitra Tabibzade Ghafari

I made an appointment three weeks ago for this morning to do my dental work before my travel. I have received a reminder from the office two days ago and this morning 2 hours before my appointment time. I was there on time and waiting to be called in. The secretary was on the phone with insurance company about the other patients claim issues all the time without acknowledging me waiting right in front of her eyes. Finally Dr Ghafari joined her to solve her problem with others patients insurance claims. When I asked the secretary how long more I needed to wait ( I was the only patient there) she said well I am not sure if Dr is still working with your insurance do you want to reschedule. Ahhhh does that make any sense? I guess they have inside issues and were trying to just get rid of me. Now since I am traveling tomorrow I don’t have time to make with other dentist . Is that fair to me? That was my second time going there. The first time had a problem with this office to. My oral… surgeon requested my X-ray to be sent to him and it took 3 weeks to be send and I had to change my appointment with him several times.

First saw her when I had a dental emergency over 6 years ago and have been coming ever since. She performed regular cleanings to implants and I never had any issues with any of the work. She has also been friendly and taken the time to explain what needed to be done.

Dr.Ghafari Takes Time to Explain every Procedure she is doing. She is Fair, Very kind and supportive. Dr.Ghafari's office is equipped with the latest technology.

She's patient and understanding. Her willingness to teach and listen are a bonus. She uses advanced techniques as well.

Dr. Ghafari is always great when I visit. She is very efficient and always takes time to listen to me and explain what she is doing and what is needed. She is a great dentist; I would recommend visiting her!
