Dr. Benko attended Juniata College where he earned his bachelor’s degree in biology and chemistry. He went on to earn his doctorate at Georgetown School of Dentistry, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. Dr. Benko earned his master’s degree and certificate in orthodontics from State University of New York in Buffalo. After graduation, Dr. Benko moved back to his hometown in western Pennsylvania in order to serve his community by opening an orthodontic practice where he could combine his love of small town America and the extensive knowledge of orthodontic care he had gained.
To stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in the field of orthodontics, Dr. Benko maintains active membership in numerous prestigious professional organizations such as the American Dental Association, the American Association of Orthodontics, the Pennsylvania Dental Association and the Dental Society of Western Pennsylvania.
Outside the office, Dr. Benko enjoys spending time with his wife …and two children. He also enjoys golfing, exercising and jogging. He sponsors several athletic teams in the area.
