This dental experience was probably one of the worst ever. The lady at the front desk lacks communication skills and was not pleasant at all. I had an x-ray and I had my teeth cleaned by the dentist and assistant. I could not believe the dentist and assistant were not wearing gloves or faceshields while working in my bloody mouth. Do these idiots know that there’s a pandemic going on. I think maybe the health department needs to educate them. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Poor craftsmenship! Dr. Ybanez does not take pride in his work. He has very low standards of quality and seems to be in it for the money only. My crowns are bulky and the wrong color, making my smile look very unnatural. Also, 7 of the 8 fillings he did fell out within the first year. I am convinced that he does shoddy work on purpose so that you have to come back and he can charge you again to fix it. If you live in Cape May County and are on Medicaid, there aren't a lot of choices (this is why he gets away with it). Do what I did and find a dentist in Atlantic County where you'll find a much better level of care. It's worth the drive, trust me.

Yes, I adore a pleasant, easy to speak to professional. I want to save my teeth and needed another expert opinion on how to do just that! I also love a family setting, an atmosphere that isn't too rigid!

They were on time with my appointment and made me comfortable in homey like atmosphere..everyone there is extremely professional and personable and caring. I have NO complaints
