I don't even know where to begin. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. My husband was scheduled to get "All on 4's". At first everyone seemed so professional and kind. As soon as they received payment it all went downhill. From rescheduled appointments to unanswered phone calls and nobody giving us straight answers. Once my husband reluctantly went to start the procedure, everything became a nightmare. My father-in-law took him to his appointment which was never completed. My husband was woken from anesthesia after about 45 minutes with the excuse that he would not remain asleep (he has never had issues with anesthesia before, and remembers NOTHING from this day). He was sent home with NO post op instructions and his father wasn't even aware that they had placed stitches in his mouth. Neither of them knew why he was being sent home. My husband wasn't fully conscious until 10PM that night (approximately 7 hours after the anesthesia). The next day, while in incredible pain, he and I tried calling the office to get answers about what happened and what the plan was. We were hung up on twice and then our calls were being ignored and we still had no information. After a few days and MANY phone calls and emails they finally agreed to issue a refund which was not a quick or easy process on their part. At this point we just wanted to be done with the place. Needless to say, my husband is not allowed to leave a review about his negative experience. We still have no idea what exactly happened at the appointment, but thank God they didn't go through with the whole procedure. I can't imagine how much worse this would all be had they actually done anything. PLEASE read the 1 STAR reviews and DO NOT GO HERE!
