Front office is incompetent and can’t explain charges and hold funds like they think they’re a bank. He does unnecessary work and told me “ no pain no gain! “ while I was hyperventilating in the chair because he was forcing me to get a permanent retainer put in. I didn’t want it, told him I didn’t want it told him he never discussed this with me as an option or anything. He responded by threatening me saying he won’t be responsible for the past year worth of work if I didn’t put this in! He is an awful dentist and an awful person! I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this man. Put him out of business before he really hurts someone.

READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU GO !!! ... Dr Yates told me I should be wearing a night time NTI mouth guard. He sold me on getting one ($595.00). They did a mold and showed me how to use it. The tech and Dr. Yates tested it to make sure it was a correct fit. That evening I put the guard in correctly and went to sleep ... in the middle of the night I was awakened by a gag reflex because the device had come off and I almost chocked on it. I called the office the next morning. I was told that Dr. Yates would contact me. 50 hours later I still did not hear from Dr. Yates... or anyone else. I could have died. But apparently this was not a priority for the Dr. or the practice. I am well educated man, who is also an author, speaker and business advisor. I followed the directions I was given . One would think that the Dr. would "CARE" enough to make sure I was okay.. and to find out what went wrong to hopefully learn in order to protect all his patients. But unfortunately this was not the case.
