Not a word you associate with a dental visit but it was! Cindy the dental asst was warm, friendly and super efficient. Dr dirk very nice dentist I feel I am in capable hands. The building is brand new and gorgeous. The dental chairs have a massage function which is super comfortable. In fact the office is built so patients are relaxed and feel at home. The people are happy. You get good vibes! I’m thankful to have found him. Very reasonable prices too.

The services I received there were good. The problem is that they did not check to see if they took my insurance. After services were rendered, they checked with my insurance and revealed to me my $305.00 for cleaning and x-rays because they told me my insurance was not accepted. They should be able to see that they do not take the insurance being presented to them before services are rendered and not hit the customer with an unexpected $305.00 bill. I called asking for a possible discount and they tell me that they had actually already given me a discount of $300.00? Really, essentially it cost $605.00 for x-rays and cleaning? Hmmm, does not make sense!

Dr. John De Koch know what he is doing. My best experience with dentist in 15 years. The office decor is little old but don't let that gold you back, the services provided are the best. Very nice and pleasant office staff and very good service the dentist pays attention to your oral and general health and provides detailed evaluation of your condition never had this honest opinion before from a dentist.
