This our second set of children taken to Dr. Snider. We were very pleased with our children's service back in the 1980s and returned with our grandkids for treatment. How unfortunate to find a totally different and obviously related staff at the front desk. This woman, Mary, hates her job and it shows. Example: She upset two families during our visit and we were the third to leave in less than two hours. Rude, gossipy and without a clue.. The previous staff of the 80s was exceptional. On time, efficient and personable which was needed to buffer the zero personality of the Dr. I should have listened to others and their experiences before even considering a return.

If I could give zero stars I would. We never saw the doctor but the front desk woman has the worst costumer service. When we decided this wasn't the office for us she tried to convince us to stay by acting like a used car salesmen. I would not recommend.
