I didn't even make it to the first visit because the school bus was late due to a child having an emergency on the bus and the nasty rude and ignorant behavior came flying out from Erica! My son has been going to this dentist for years and I am taking him OUT! With him, I had no problems! NOW after seeing what type of horror is allowed there in the form of a despicable person called ERICA YEA HE WON'T BE BACK! You can tell your boss she lost a long time patient and a new one before we got him in the door with ERICA'S HELP! HERE IS WHAT HAPPENED! I called Lakeside and spoke to a rude nasty horrible person who said her name was Erica! I ask her how late they would see a patient after the scheduled time and she said 15 minutes. I was explaining to her what happened and she interrupted me and said rude and nasty well we have patients coming in at 4 mam! So I said Well I guess I have to reschedule mam. This evil rude nasty person says well your gonna have to… pay a fee for not showing up! I replied he couldn't help what happened on the bus and she stated its not their problem and hung up on me! I couldn't believe it! So I called back to put in a complaint about her behavior and ask her name. She said I had to leave the message with her and the doctors do not have voice mail! I find it hard to believe that a professional dentist office would employ such a rude ignorant person like Erica who cost them, clients! THERE IS NO WAY THEY DON'T KNOW HOW COMPLETELY RUDE AND IGNORANT ERICA IS AND KEEP HER THERE!

Horrible customer service. All about the money, not the patient

The worst place ever. The staff is very rude. The doctor is unethical. They broke a healthy tooth during a procedure on another tooth. After damaging the healthy tooth tried to say it was broken before service. Each visit they try to sell you mouth wash and tooth pace at a very high price. During my visit a man tried to return the over priced mouth wash. Not only they were rude to him, they made threats that he complains too much and they would no longer provide services. Find another doctor!
