I researched 3 ortho offices in the area. Grubaugh Orthodontics was the best choice. Wonderful staff and Dr. Grubaugh is great. This office was also affordable and had the best payment plan options.

My experience at Grubaugh Orthodontics was FANTASTIC! When I first went there for my free consultation I was really nervous and worried it would be way to expensive. When I got there however it was great. They sat me down and explained everything clearly and help to make it work for me. They made me comfortable and they were so accommodating and friendly and the environment was wonderful. I knew right away that this was the place I wanted to go. During the process of having my braces I always looked forward to going to my appointments. Not only because I was one step closer to a perfect smile but also because I enjoyed my time talking with the staff. Dr. Grubaugh, the head honcho himself, was so amazing. He truly loves what he does and loves helping people and is an all around beautiful person as are all of his staff members. I HIGHLY recommend going here for Orthodontic treatment. You wont regret it, I promise.

I have nothing but positive comments in regards to Dr. Grubaugh and his staff. Both of my kids have had fabulous experiences. I, as a parent, had no issues with setting up a payment plan, making after school appointments, getting in on an emergency basis, etc. They're willing to take the time to answer all of my questions and have always made us feel very comfortable in the office setting. I thank them for the positive experience.

Very rude and not helpful staff. My daughters are 11 and 13 and even when equipment broke, the girls were sticklers about what they eat, they made them feel like it was their fault even when wires were pocking their cheeks and causing them to bleed. Scheduling and payment staff were not helpful at all either. Even requesting a receipt was an ordeal. Prepayment was not allowed, if you paid a $1000 one month the next month you were in default if payment was not made. My oldest is done and her teeth do look good, and the younger is nearly done as well with good results. Since you will be dealing with them for years try to find an office which is more helpful and customer oriented. I regret having gone to them for service.
