I’m not sure where to start... having been around the dental industry growing up and having had multiple dental/ortho treatments, I can say, whole heartedly, they are above and beyond with their accessibility, customer service, knowledge/education, bed side manner, cleanliness, and how thorough they are with communication and handling your entire treatment from choosing the best option for you, explaining everything and making final adjustments as necessary. I personally had Invisalign and on top of every other positive they were reasonably priced and went above and beyond with their state of the art X-ray machines, etc. The office is beautiful and their is plenty of parking and easily accessible. I am sad I am done with my treatment and will miss seeing the staff so frequently.

Dr. Frial and his his team are absolutely wonderful. Starting with a comprehensive plan Dr Frial and Allison explained multiple options for my treatment. I knew upfront exactly what my treatment entailed, the cost, and the timeline. I was given what my insurance would cover. I am thrilled with the results! Office visits were a joy with his enthusiast team and I never waited longer than a minute - everything was so easy! The care that Dr Frial and his team provide is truly something that is so hard to find now a days! Can’t believe I waited so long!!

I just completed my Invisalign treatment and I could not be happier with my result and my experience at Dr. Frial’s office. Dr Frial and his staff are wonderful! They are friendly, kind and caring. Dr. Frial is also experienced, patient and professional. I went for a few consults at other offices and two things stood out to me at Dr. Frial’s office. 1) They are always ON TIME! I truly never waited EVER the entire 16 months of my treatment. If anything, they took me early. 2) I came in only wanting Invisalign, yet Dr. Frial took the time to tell me about all options for braces and the realistic results I could expect from each option. He also takes his time when receiving the recommendations from Invisalign to make his own adjustments. He is truly a perfectionist and I am elated with my results. I would recommend Dr. Frial to anyone looking for braces or Invisalign.
