This practice is about flash, not about care. X-rays from my dentist in a new state reveal significant overextension of of fill material into the gum from a root canal “performed” by Dr. Wych, making professional endodontic evaluation and potential surgery now necessary. Admin in this office is so strikingly poor that it required 3 requests to have my dental records transferred to the new dentist, and even then, they actually emailed them a page of unlabeled X-rays with no identifying information whatsoever. They provide truly abysmal customer care, especially once you leave them. Please consider. another practitioner for serious dental concerns.

Everyone wants a healthy mouth, but along with those thoughts comes dentistry. Visits with your dentist come with anxiety about what you need done, how you are going to feel during certain procedures, and how much better you are going to feel afterwards. Dr. Wych and his staff are very professional and really try to keep you comfortable before, during and after any procedure. There is no pressure to do anything you really feel negative about. I started coming to Dr. Wych around 1996 and immediately felt at ease around the whole friendly staff. The office is a clean environment, and in dentistry, that is very important to me. You only get one set of adult teeth so we should all take good care, keep appointments, and start smiling a little more!

I saw a Waterlase® dentist just the other day, after a seven year absence from the dentist. I belong to an online community and happened to mention how much i despise the dentist. One woman had heard about the Waterlase® and suggested I look into it. I made an appointment and then paid the price for my procrastination â?? four cavities and one crown (for a horrendous root canal done previously â?? Iâ??ve been walking around with a temporary crown for seven years) I went in to have two of the cavities filled and the crown prepped. The dentist used the Waterlase® on both cavities and it was the procedure Iâ??ve been waiting my whole life for!

Just wanted to comment on the Waterlase®. I lost a crown (pin and all) and figured that the tooth couldnâ??t be saved and Iâ??d have a painful procedure to look forward to. My dentist recommended Waterlase® , I noticed it as soon as I sat in the chair. He asked me if I was willing to have him use the Waterlase to cut back the soft gum tissue so he could reattach the crown, I have to say, even though he said heâ??s only been using it for about 3 days, I had no pain beyond that I get from flossing. It was a wonderful experience and I should know, Iâ??ve had extensive dental work performed over the last 10 years. I still canâ??t believe I came out of todayâ??s visit without any pain or numbness. I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Wych and his team! They got me in last minute and did great work. He took time to listen to hardships I had faced with another dentist and helped me move on with great confidence. What I appreciated most was he didn't make accusations against them. He just helped to establish trust with me to help me move on. Great results, no pain!!!
