CAVEAT EMPTOR. In order to see Dr. Pitino, you are REQUIRED to give them a debit card and REQUIRED to sign a contract saying you won’t hold them liable if they overcharge. If you already gave them your debit card number, change it immediately. The office staff is lazy and hides behind texts and emails, especially when unexpected costs are due. Don’t expect them to answer when you call or to return your call. They will make minimal effort to contact your insurance company (only one) and then TEXT you about massive minimal charges the day of the surgery. (Over $350, in my case.) The incompetent office staff don’t even communicate Dr. Patino, so if another doctor consents to surgery via direct text to doctor, they will make you supply documentation, even though the duplicate documentation was already faxed to them. Read the other reviews (that are not written by office staff) if you have any doubts. You have a choice.

Both of my sons saw Dr. Patino for wisdom teeth removal. Great experiences! When my son developed an infection, Dr. Patino was immediately available, checked in on him often, and took great care of him. I found the office to be very professional and efficient. All around great experience.
