Dr. Helen Song

I first was amazed at how friendly all of the staff was toward all of the patients - particularly the children. I was then surprised as, when one family arrived, they were asked by a staffer how long the trip in was and the parent responded that they had left about 7am. It was then 11:20am. That shows me just how strong the relationships are between this office and their clients. Then I witnessed Dr. Song's treatment of my grandson's issues and she was absolutely amazing. Despite some pretty serious work being done inside my grandson's mouth, he was very calm and relaxed through his entire treatment. She took care to talk to him the whole time and to make sure his pain was minimized as much as possible. She also took the extra step of telling him how well he had done and she thanked him for that. Again, that told me a lot. I personally have issues with my pain levels and the inefficiency of most anti-pain preparation and dread my dental visits but, if she takes my dental insurance and… is accepting new patients, I will be switching immediately! Thank you Dr. Song and Staff!!!
