Dr. Helen Ann Desimone

Worst experience to see with a dentist in general and with a pediatric dentist.

Dr. Helenann is an average dentist but the man she has sitting at the front desk is the most horrible, the most obnoxious man I have come across. There is so much hate in his eyes when he talks to women-a sadist and a misogynist! Never a smile, never a nice hello. I wonder if Dr. Helenann is related to him as it just doesn't make sense to have such an unappealing, ugly demeanored man placed at the front desk!

We are new to the area and brought our 5 yo son here for his annual checkup. For our first time experience, the office staff was great, the hygienist was very good with him, and Dr. Desimone seemed very knowledgeable and very friendly. Everything went off without a hitch! We look forward to bringing our 2 yo son here soon!!!

I enjoyed going to this office for a few years. I arrived early for my appointments and was satisfied with the care my children received. I arrived 2 minutes late ONE TIME and was made to feel like dirt. Eye rolling huffing puffing and talking rudely about me in front of my children. Then I received a bill in the mail from my insurance company telling me the routine exam was not covered because they were no longer in network. they let their contract lapse with the insurance company and I had to pay out of pocket for services that should have been covered. They NEVER notified me that they no longer accepted my insurance and there was no signage stating this either. I was very disappointed with how I was treated and then on top of it had to pay for their negligence.

Love Dr. DeSimone! She's an absolute pleasure and amazing with the children. Her office is meticulous with state of the art equipment and her staff.....Amazing!

Dr. Desimone is great. Both my children are very comfortable with her and her staff. She is friendly, cheerful, and very helpful.

No compassion, no manners, doesn't know how to speak to people. Very offensive and the worst I have ever seen.

Terrible bedside manner, terrible attitude. No compassion, the worst dentist ,I've seen in years. I work in the social service field and sent clients to her practice, everyone I sent stated they would never go to her practice or at St. Joseph's again

They are terrible and very unprofessional. We've been going to this office for several years and the wait has been getting longer and longer (more than 90 mins). At the last appointment, we waited for more than 35 mins and then was told that Dr Desimone won't be able to see us because she was too busy. We asked to speak to Dr Desimone but she refused to come out and talk to us. I would advise anyone to avoid them.

Friendly staff. Always a pleasant experience.
