To whom it my concern, Peggy David is expected to be discharged on Friday the 18th of January. Last week I spoke to Mila explaining that Peggy David is going back to an unsafe environment. I also explained that I am against her discharge to this unsafe environment! I also left messages with Diamond Ridges social worker and never received a call back. The reason why I say it is unsafe for Peggy David to return home is because her caregiver is using and selling drugs out of the house. Peggy is often not fed and left to sit in wet clothes. She cannot speak for herself because she is confused. I have been in touch with Avant, The nursing home reform and CMS. Please be advised that I will hold your facility accountable for allowing Peggy David to return to an unsafe environment. Thank you for your time. Ramona D Zoggas (Niece)
