Dr. Hong Yin

We've been seeing Dr. Yin for years and she is absolutely the best. She's friendly and patient, answering all of our questions. I trust her judgment and work completely!

Dr. Yin helped correct some bad dental work from a different provider. So grateful we found her and that she could fix the issue with no harm done.

Dr. Yin and her team provided great care for my daughter’s Invisalign treatment. The whole process was painless. Her team was great at explaining the different trays, when to switch them, how to take care of them, how to best protect your teeth during this entire process. My daughter just loves the fact that Invisalign is so easy and that she could eat practically anything and that her teeth look amazing! Hands down, I would definitely recommend Dr. Yin to anyone needing their teeth straightened.

I do not recommend Dr. Hong Yin. My daughter went to OrthoSmiles on Richmond Road in Staten Island and the business office made several mistakes with regard to billing and insurance. Several years later they sent me a bill for over $1400 after I paid the final bill. The office never filled out their potion of the paper work needed for the insurance company. When I contacted Dr. Yin to correct the matter, she spoke to me in a horrible manner, offered no actual apology and I had to fix the issue myself with the help of my insurance company. Thanks to Orthosmiles I had negative blemish on my credit rating and was unable to correct it for 45 days.
