Dr. Hongli Zhao

I had a root canal performed by Dr. Zhao, and my experience was very disappointing. After the procedure, I had bleeding for several days. Over the years, I continued to have symptoms, including frequent headaches and a persistent unpleasant smell from that tooth. I returned for follow-up visits multiple times, but I was told everything was fine. Recently, I saw another dentist who informed me that the root canal had not been properly completed and that there is now a serious infection. I am also very dissatisfied with how my concerns were handled during previous visits. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that other patients do not have a similar experience.

they did great on my teath but they told my husband that if his filling falls out before a year they wouldn't charge him but when we went today they completely changed they're story and they wouldn't do as they said and not charge him so we have decided not to go back to them anymore
