Dr. James Edward Mills, DDS

Dr. Mills recommended I replace several of my crowns even though none of those teeth were bothering me. After awhile I relented against my better judgement and got a crown on the tooth he said needed it most. The temporary crown was never comfortable and neither was the permanent crown. Then he determined I needed a root canal. I wish I had just left that crown alone. Then every time I came in for a cleaning the pressure started again to replace other crowns. This time I said no. Well after a while I received a letter from him stating that he couldn't have patients who didn't trust him and suggested I find another dentist. That was a first. I did find another dentist who said my crowns were fine and didn't need replacing. Dr. Mills wanted me to spend thousands of dollars I didn't have on teeth that weren't giving me any problems at all. I hope he's changed since then. This happened a while back. But this was my experience with Dr. Mills so I don't recommend him.

Weird guy. Strange jokes. High prices.
