Dr. Jeanine A Gourdine

I cannot believe anyone would give this office an "excellent" review. The wait time was extremely long (30+ minutes) with no explanation of why and once I was seated I still continued to wait almost another 20 minutes at least. I could over hear Dr. Gourdine talking negatively to her staff basically the entire time I was sitting in the chair which did not make me comfortable at all Seeing how I am already nervous just being at the dental office anyways). let's just say after my cleaning and left and never returned. How could you have an "anxiety free" office with a longer than usual wait time AND be talking down right RUDE and IGNORANT to you employees on top of that. sorry for the rant, but trust me... it was that bad!!!

I was really happy with my whole experience, from the time I walked in the door until I left I felt that everyone was very friendly and helpful. Even though I was using a Groupon I never felt that I wasn't getting the same service as anyone paying full price. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends or family.
