Dr. Jenny-Lee Howell, DDS

Dr. Howell is very kind and sensitive to the fears of a patient. She is extremely knowledgeable and informed. I, like the majority of people, do not like going to the dentist, however, she has managed to alleviate my fears. She is patient, understanding, gentle (big one for me) and ensures that I know exactly what she is doing and why she is doing it. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Howell was extremely attentive to my fears and concerns. Pain was minimized. She has a friendly , upbeat demeanor and exhibited a very caring and professional attitude.

The easy part is to tell you how technically expert she is- meticulous, committed to the highest standards of practice, quality and safety; the harder part is to try to do justice to her kindness and compassion. She is probably the best dentist I have ever had. If you become her patient, you are very, very lucky.

New to the area, and she came recommended by a coworker. She was very friendly, and knowledgeable. She explained what she was going to do, and the reasons why. I found her to be very gentle. A lot of dentists ram and jam into your mouth, and this was not the case. I would recommend her 100%. Thanks Dr. Howell.

Dr Howell has been my dentist for 4 years now, ever since I relocated to Boston. She is very kind and personable, and has always been extremely professional and understanding. She has always made it a priority to ensure that I understood the treatments she was offering, sharing with me her reasoning in favoring one treatment course over an another, and offering supporting evidence from recent research if needed. I would highly recommend her and the MGH dental practice in general if you are looking for a dentist that is genuinely interested in your health, as opposed to making a buck by pushing treatments you do not really need.
