Founder of Life Long Dental Care of Connecticut, Jeremiah graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and has advanced continuing education training in dental implants from NYU School of Dentistry. He has lectured at his alma mater on private practice management and is presently writing a book on creating smiles, which he hints has very little to do with fixing teeth! He brings his artistic vision and abilities to the smiles that he creates for his patients. A photographer & musical artist as well, Dr. Long is a singer/songwriter and teacher of songwriting for the Nashville Songwriters Association. He is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Connecticut State Dental Association (CSDA), and Crown Council, a prestigious alliance of leading-edge dentists around the world. "My favorite part of the Crown Council is its commitment to giving back to children and the local communities that we are blessed to care for …everyday." He is assistant coach of his son's little league team and is presently being taught ballet moves by his daughter! Jeremiah and his wife, Carol Ann live in Madison with their two children, Cassandra and Jeremy.
