Very polite and caring staff. Dr. Jo-Ann has very light hands and is excellent at giving anesthesia. She has eased my fears of the dentist and I would recommend my friends and family to come and see her. Very clean office, as they place barriers on everything! I always look forward to my dental appointments now and to be able to chat with Dr. Jo-Ann because she is so easy to get along with!

We would have stayed but the receptionist named, Kristina or Kristine is very RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I feel sorry for the doctor and wished she knows that these folks she hired in front obviously affects the overall image and reputation of the company. So my family will switch to a different one now.

Would have been fine because Doctor herself was great. Problem is the receptionist. Her name is Lady. She was very rude and unprofessional. I will not go back there and will not recommend to friends and family unless the rude and unprofessional staff is replaced.
