Dr. John Fred Cassiani

I've been using Dr Cassiani for several years, and have always had positive experiences with he and his staff. They get me in and out quickly for my regular cleanings, and are always courteous and professional.

They misscheduled me for 2:30 p.m. on a Saturday afternoon when they were closed. They called to confirm my appointment the Wednesday before and reiterated it was for 2:30 p.m. on Saturday afternoon. I have an appointment reminder on a business card that was provided to me that reads 2:30 p.m. They have refused to acknowledge their error and never even called me back to reschedule. I consider this office to be incredibly unprofessional.
