Dr. John A Morgan, DDS

The staff at his office is unprofessional and their lack of knowledge shows. Dr. Morgan removed my wisdom teeth and, as most doctors tell you after surgery, told me to call if I needed anything. About a month and half later, my jaw began to swell up and became very painful. I called his office and spoke to two separate people about the issue I was having and instead of trying to help me, they told me to go to an Emergency Room since "they have better technology to figure out what is wrong" and that "since it has been over a month, your swelling and pain isn't related to when you got your teeth removed by us". Gladly, I didn't go to the ER and ended up going to my dentist who realized that the issue was, in fact, related to when my wisdom teeth were removed. To cover themselves, when my dentist called them and told them the issue, they claimed that it was miscommunication with me as they thought I said my neck was swelling and not my mouth (1. Why would anyone call an oral surgeon… to complain about neck pain?! 2. I talked to two separate people so BOTH people just supposedly heard neck pain and didn't question it?!) I reluctantly went back to Dr. John Morgan for them to finally do their job. Luckily my dentist prescribed me some pain meds and something to deal with the swelling cause due to the staff at John Morgan, I would've been in pain an extra day since when I finally got an appointment with them it was 2 PM the next day (mind you, I called them at 830 AM the previous day to inform them of the pain I was experiencing). The atmosphere (prior to surgery) felt like a place that just wants to take your money and send you on your way. They proved that to me after this encounter. Do not go to Dr. John A. Morgan.

This guy is the biggest jerk I've ever met. He's rude to patients and his own staff, which includes his sister, brother in law & father. He treats everyone terrible. Don't use him unless you want to be verbally abused.
