I have been a patient of Dr. Rizza for 3 years. I went to him to fix a Bonding job on my front teeth that i was not happy with. He did an excellent job, shaping and coloring my front teeth with an excellent result. His office staff is warm and friendly, as is Dr. Rizza. This is an excellent family practice, with old fashion values, but with the very best in new technology services, (Cerec for one day crown, tooth restoration) I would highly recommend Dr. Rizza
Great office, staff and Dentist!

Patients with cancellations without a 24 hours notice will incur a minimum fee of $50.00. If required to pre-medicate for my visit, can you arrange for the prescription? Yes, our office staff will contact your physician’s office and inquire exactly what you need for medication. Your physician may render your first prescription to your pharmacy. They are necessary for finding hidden cavities, bone loss, or disease. The x-rays coupled with a through oral exam are vital to good dental health. Once a complete set of x-rays are established, only 2 films are taken yearly to check between posterior teeth. A complete series of x-rays may be repeated every 3 years as recommended by the American Dental Association. Insurance FAQs: What insurance do you take? Our office is affiliated with most dental insurances. Delta Dental and Blue Cross Blue Shield were contracted many years ago. Since the early years, hundreds of popular insurance’s have come about. Electronic processing agencies can partner with most plans and process the claims in most cases within 14 days. How do you handle my insurance benefits? Delta and Blue Cross Blue Shield have been contracted for 26 years. These plans require billing to their offices first. You will be responsible for any pre-determined percentage at time of service. Other insurances vary to such a great degree, it is impossible to predict their payment and frequency. For some of these, patients pay for preventative and filling services and then are refunded by the company to your home. Expensive dental treatment such as crowns (caps), bridges, and implants are always pre-determined in a customary fashion to your insurance company. You will pay only your portion at the time services are rendered. What happens if I change dental insurances? The staff is qualified to quickly obtain eligibility for you and your family. We can make the appropriate adjustments with our processing agency to have you set up generally, within a few minutes. Does insurance cover all dental treatment? No, dental treatment does not cover all phases of dental treatment. Insurance was designed to help manage the costs of treatment. Who can answer my insurance questions? Our experienced staff can interact directly with your insurance company, to personalize your needs with appropriate and available benefits. This is sometimes a daunting task of communicating in a difficult and confusing insurance world. Please feel free to ask any additional questions that you may have.
